Our condo has it all located within the Waterscape Resort Complex on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our second floor, two bedroom plus a bunk room condo has accommodations for up to eight guests. Soak up the Florida sunshine and the Gulf views from your private balcony.

 

Condo has new LVT wood look flooring and Tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen is right when you enter the unit, complete with luxurious accommodations that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both the master and second bedroom are on a split floorplan from each other adjoining the living area, with bunk beds just off the entrance providing extra sleeping quarters in the hallway. Through the living room and off the master suite and guest room, you'll find a private balcony with Ocean Gulf views.

2 levels of pools (one heated), splash park, lazy river, waterfall, gas grills, poolside Fudpucker's tiki bar and grill, fitness center, outdoor showers in pool area, Ice vending machines, covered parking, on-site security, on-site rental desk. Just Across from the entrance is Aj's Burger Bar, Old Bay Steamer Seafood restaurant and Waffle House is adjacent just in front of the complex. Alvin's Island is just across the main highway along with access to the famous Gulfview restaurant. 1/4 mile or less down the road leads you to the GulfArium Adventure, the Boardwalk Pier which is full of more great restaurants like CrabTrap etc., not to mention the local Attractions, Shopping and More!.

The Waterscape Resort is located approx.. 25 minutes from VPS Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport and about an hour and fifteen minutes away from PNS Pensacola International Airport that both Southwest Airlines and allegiant travel frequently to non-stop from many origins.
