Lease Policy


Terms:
Paris Properties LLC standard lease and pricing is based off of a one year (12 month) lease term. We offer shorter 1/2 year (6) month lease terms for an additional $50 per month. All leases upon there term expiration are allowed to stay under month to month terms, but are subject to an monthly increase.

Pets:
Paris Properties LLC no longer allow pets of any kind at any location, due to our insurance regulations. If a pet is found or suspected to be at the location the resident will be fined Five-Hundred ($500) and/or evicted for not complying to the rules and regulations.

Smoking:
Paris Properties LLC does not allow any type of smoking inside the residential units at any time. If you are a smoker, please smoke away from any open windows or doors of our buildings and units. You are still responsible for cleaning up any cigarette butts etc. that may be left behind.

Parking:
Parking spaces are to be used for current tenant vehicles. They may not be used for storage of recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, broken down vehicles, etc. Most of the parking spaces are numbered and vary per building.

Deposit Returns:
Before moving out and leaving the premises, all keys and your forwarding address must be left at our local office. An Paris Properties LLC employee will need to have inspected the property. You are required to leave the property clean and in move in condition as in the original condition it was minus normal wear and tear. If you do not comply with this you will forfeit partial to all of your deposit and any outstanding balances still owed for late fees, etc. If the unit passes our inspection and there are no outstanding balances, a full deposit will be refunded. Security Deposits will not be refunded before 30 days.

Moving Out:
Tenants are required a thirty (30) day notice before their intent to move out or the lease expires, residents are required to submit in writing your intent to vacate the residence and at the end of the lease if you are not renewing the agreement. If you do not comply with this and you fail to submit a written notification, you will forfeit your security deposit, No Exceptions.
