The Pelican Beach Resort is just 15-20 minutes away from VPS airport and only 7 miles away from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall.

This beautiful vacation condo is located in the Pelican Beach Resort. The condo's private balcony offers a gulf-front overlooking the beach
and emerald green waters and long views to the East & West along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our One-Bedroom/Two Bath condominiums offers 873 sf. ft. of interior space with a 94 sq. ft. balcony. These condominiums sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers
some of the best gulf-front views of the Destin beaches.
They offer a master bedroom with plush King bed, in-suite bath and private cable television. The hallway features recessed bunks perfect
for the younger crowd in your party.
As with all vacation homes, the kitchens equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender. These
condo is fully-stocked with linens and towels and fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation
rentals. To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed. This is "streaming-friendly" condo
offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is an electronic lock on the door that operates off of a numeric code. The Front Desk will provide you a door code and parking pass the week of
your stay. No need to worry about the chance of losing your keys at the beach or pool. We provide a different code to each guest and your code will
terminate when you leave. The code expires at Checkout time unless otherwise approved so don't forget anything inside the condo, because you won't
be able to get back in after checkout time.
